Your Role
We are looking for a driven and experienced professional to strengthen our Pre-Sales team. In this role, you'll serve as a critical link between our technical capabilities and client needs—helping us grow by delivering compelling proposals, innovative solutions, and impactful presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Review proposals, EOIs, concept notes, and project documentation for prospective clients.
- Provide technical expertise to support pre-sales efforts and business development.
- Conduct engaging product presentations, solution demonstrations, and workshops.
- Innovate and streamline pre-sales processes to boost team efficiency.
- Report achievements and insights to senior leadership.
- Create compelling marketing case studies and offer technical support to the sales team.
- Participate in client meetings, including travel when necessary.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables through detailed review and feedback.
- Assist in creating competitive business cases and winning bids.
- Analyze market and competitor trends to refine strategy.
- Deliver high-quality, persuasive presentations and confidently manage client queries.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with delivery, finance, and marketing teams on bid development.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Evaluate vendor/supplier proposals and prepare comprehensive techno-commercial bids.
- Develop cost-effective and reliable system BOQs.
- Craft RFP/RFI responses that highlight the strengths of our solutions and capabilities.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (MBA preferred).
- Strong analytical mindset and solution-driven approach.
- Proven experience in bid preparation and proposal development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with public sector and government procurement processes.
