Responsibilities:
- Review proposals, concept notes, EOIs, and project documents for prospective clients.
- Provide technical expertise in pre-sales to support business growth.
- Conduct product and solution presentations and workshops.
- Enhance team productivity through innovative pre-sales processes.
- Report pre-sales achievements to senior management.
- Develop marketing case studies and technical support for the sales team.
- Travel for client meetings as required.
- Review and improve quality of project deliverables.
- Assist sales in building competitive business cases.
- Analyze the competitive landscape and strategize accordingly.
- Deliver high-quality presentations and handle client queries.
- Collaborate with delivery, finance, and marketing teams for bid development.
- Understand client needs and craft compelling sales pitches.
- Evaluate vendor/supplier proposals and prepare techno-commercial bids.
- Develop system BOQs, ensuring cost-effective and reliable solutions.
- Ensure RFP/RFI responses highlight the organization’s strengths effectively.
Skills Required:
2-3 years of relevant experience.Bachelor's in Engineering (MBA preferred).Strong analytical and solution-oriented approach.Experience in bid preparation and proposal development.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.Knowledge of government and public sector procurement processes.
